    Re: New Nutrition Log

In one day, the nutrition log was changed in the eyes of the users. (obviously it took the programmers more than one day to destroy a perfectly good and functioning program) Can you give us an indication as to how long it is going to take them to write one piece of code to put the necessary features back into this program? This has been complained about by enough people over the past 3 weeks. It's time to fix it.

    Re: Alli website

The nutrition posts were moved to one thread; this one must have been missed.

    Re: Alli website

I did so well with the old nutrition log in spite of some of the sluggishness and scrolling that was involved.   I lost 30 lbs. and several of my friends starting taking Alli after seeing my results and hearing me raving about it.  It is true that some things about the new nutrition log are an improvement, but some things are not.  We have been waiting a long time for these problems to be fixed, but I am starting to gain weight, so I am really concerned now!  The main thing that used to be so helpful was the 7 day averages.  It was so much a more accurate view of progress than getting on the bathroom scales.  I know I could just get pen, paper, and a calculator to keep my own averages, but, if the web site used to do it automatically, why can't it do it now?  Is there a plan to add it back?

    Still loyal to myalli plan,

    Kathy

    Re: New Nutrition Log

I agree with you 100%. I too am tired of the favorite food build up or I entered the wrong information. I can't edit and it drives me crazy. When are they going to catch up to the real world.

    Re: New Nutrition Log

     Hi alliadmin3,

Are there any plans to add back the weekly nutritional averages on the nutrition log?  That was a great feature!

    Thanks,

    Kathy

    Re: New Nutrition Log

I just wanted to add my $.02! This new format is extremely cumbersome and unfriendly! I too used the old format faithlfully, and have been really trying to use this thing, but usually get frustrated and quit! Please bring the old format back!!

    Re: New Nutrition Log

    Hi Kathy,

We are currently working to add this back. I will keep you updates on the progress.

Also, as a note to all - The ability to edit/delete defined options has now been added back to the meal plan tool! When you select the item name, there will be an "edit item" button in the pop-up screen. On your favorites page where they are all listed, there is now an icon next to the item (a circle with a slash) that you can use to delete the item.

If there are any other other suggestions, please keep us noted. We are working to resolve these issues and will keep you updated on our progress.

Re: Nutrition Log Feedback and Check-In Problem

I have to say that I have been patient and tried to learn the new nutrition log.  I can not do it.  I usually just make my own meals and don't follow the recipes on here because my kids are very picky eaters and a lot of the meals it suggest for me have fish in them and I do not like fish.  I want the OLD nutrition log back.  I miss it.  I haven't been able to accuretly keep track of what I'm eating because I cannot use the new one.  Please bring back the old nutrition log.

I know I can do what I put my mind to.

    Re: New Nutrition Log

Thank you!!!  I just found the new option for tracking for the week under meal plan/current week's plan/ track progress.  What a great feature! Thank you so much for the improvements, now I can get back on track!

    Re: New Nutrition Log

Today I am unable to drag anything to my meal plan and, like other members, had stopped tracking meals for a while because of frustrations.  It seems I am frustrated each time I try to check-in or when I decide to give the meal plan another chance.
