Re: Update as of August 17th

     Hi Pat,

This is extremely exciting news! When I look back at your original post, I cannot beleive how far you have come on the alli plan and due to your dedication.  You are a true role model.  Congratulations.  With just two pounds left until your ultimate goal, you should be so proud of what you have been able to accomplish through changing your eating habits, exercise and of course, sheer determination.  Do not let up at this point! Those last two pounds will feel more stubborn just because you're finally so close to getting there.

Keep up the great work.  You're right . . .you cannot let all the great progress you've made go to waste . . .this is a lifetime comittment so you'll have to maintain these good habits in the future.

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Good Luck,

    Paul

Re: Update as of October 19th

Well ... just to keep this update going .... I am now down to 128lbs .... really going to stop when I hit 125 ... I have cut back on my walking some ... I know this is not the smartest thing in the world ... but my daughter-in-law and I are trying to find some line dancing classes to attend in the evening after work now that it is getting darker earlier now.  Anymore suggestions on what I should do now???

Thanks for all your support for all these months.

Re: Update as of October 19th

     Hi Pat,

    You truly are amazing!

Since you're not going to be able to walk, I think the line dancing is a great idea.  Continue to follow a sensible meal plan and stay as active as you've been.  What you've been doing has worked so well, keep it up!

It's great to hear from you and please continue to keep me posted.

    Good Luck,

    Paul
