3rd day with alli - 18 yrs. old

    Hey everyone!

    The names Al

    I'm 18 years old, I weigh 220 and i'm 5'9,

i recently lost 10 pounds in acouple of weeks with basically starving myself, which i would only eat like one good meal, and thats pretty much it, but it's too hard and not good for me to do that so i decided and started Alli this past sunday.

I've been going to the gym for like 3-4 weeks now, so im very use to running, and other excercising methods, so i hope to see some results soon.

Being you're so young, I'll bet you'll get great results with alli and a sensible diet and fitness plan.  Congratulations on your decision, I know there are a few other younger guys who recently started, hopefully they'll have some thoughts about it and offer some words of wisdom to you.  Let us know how things work out for you!

    Thanks for your response,

It's my 4th day now, and i'm expierencing some of those treatment effects, well just one, the whole orange oil..

It kinda freaked me out when it first happened this morning, but im fine with it now, i'm getting use to it.

And also yes, i would love to hear from people around my age,

I'm going to try to find them here.

    Thanks!

    I'll keep everyone updated.

p.s. Good Job with yourself, i saw your info. very nice results.

Don't get used to the orange oil... recognise that it is a signal that you are still eating too much fat. If you limit yourself to the number of grams of fat recommended for you, I don't think you'll see the oil.

Some fat is hidden in meals. I never knew before that avocados were so fatty, or salmon, but they are. Take a look at what you are eating again and find ways to eliminate that extra fat.

    Good luck.
