    Re: new format???

Patsysue I agree with you. I have gained some weight back as well, and I am very frustrated. I have tried to use this new system and I have to say I do not like it. I have invested a lot of money on this program to be let down and disapointed by not being able to use the tools that helped me, and worked for me for so long.

This has been frustrating to say the least...  The web design drop and drag still is not working...   Even under "add item"....   I'm still having trouble...   It wouldn't let me add the "dinner" so ALL my calories are showing up under lunch!!!   I'm going to stop using the website for my nutrition log...

It's fixed! It's fixed! Hallelujah! I've been approximating on my own for a few weeks, using the knowledge I've already learned from the menu planner tool (about what food volumes will work together). I only lost 1 lb since the menu planner tool stopped working, but thank god I didn't gain any. The fixed menu planner tool, with the returned "add button", works great! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I have a story to tell...

    Re: new format???

We used to be able to define a food with its nutritional value and save it.  I see nowhere that this can be done.  Although all of my old entries have been saved, and I am able to access them, it appears that I can no longer redefine something that is not listed in your nutrional guide.  There are millions of options out there that are not covered by your nutritional guide.  I am also at a loss for finding specific chain restaurants' nutritional values as other sites have posted this information.

    Re: new format???

I never used the nutritional pages because I use WW e-tools for tracking, but I did like the steps/progress charts that alli has (or had). But now with the nextphase jumbo, I really am not as focused anymore to even remember to take the pills! This really stinks. I've had wonderful results up to this "nextphase" and now my weekly check in is erratic.

Whatever the "nextphase" is supposed to do, it's not working. Maybe I'm just not ready for it?  There should be an option to revert back to the previous version.

    Re: new format???

In the lower right-hand corner of your myalliplan home page there is an option to restart your myalliplan on any step you wish, up to the last step you've completed.

If you have completed a goal or have gone through all the steps, you will be asked to join the nextphase program.
