    server errors?

    Hi,

     

    Just wondering if anyone else has been receiving server unavailable messages when trying to access myalliplan site?  I haven't been able to check in this week or last.

    I was surprised that I could get on the community site.

     I haven't been able to get in to check-in in three weeks now.  It just keeps saving server error.

    Have you tried deleting your temporary Internet files? If not, go to "Tools" on your task bar, and go to your Internet Options. There should be an area for you to clear your cache or delete your temporary Internet files. After you do this, sign completely out and then log back in.

     I am also unable to get through on any of the MyAlli site links.  Says "Page Not Found."  There is this message on one of the pages, but only good Monday through Friday.

    "If you’re having technical difficulties with the web site or with your enrollment in myalliplan, please call 1-877-4myalli (469-2554) M-F, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. ET (English/Spanish) for assistance."

    If it has been going on for a couple of weeks, we may want to call on Monday.  Maybe they aren't on these message boards too often.

    For some reason, they also have an incorrect join date for me.  My join date was April 29th.

     I tried deleting the temporary internet files and I am still unable to do anything under my alli plan.  Any help would be great.  Thanks.

     I tried that, and I still cannot get in to check in, and I cannot get to my journal. This is very frustrating.

     thank you....this worked for me and i was able to check in today after missing last week....it would be very helpful if this information was included in the "registration process" at the very beginning so we wouldn't miss a check in......

     The errors are back.

    Hi, I was only able to get access after deleting cookies and restarting. It's a work computer,  an XP with IE 7.

    This does not seem to be happening with my home PC, which is a Windows Vista, with either IE 7 or IE 8.
