    Working through Lunch

I work at an elementary school cafeteria and do not get a break between 9:00AM and 2:00PM.  I typically wolf down my lunch at 2:30 when I get home, and then my family eats supper around 6PM.  I will begin the alli diet next week and am wondering if it's okay to eat my lunch and supper this close together or should I be spacing my meals out a bit more?  I have the alli Diet Plan book but I don't see anything mentioned in there.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions/answers.

    Re: Working through Lunch

    Hi MaryR275,

Alli will work for one hour after you take it. That means that it's fine for you to have your lunch and dinner 3 1/2 hours apart. It would be better to have your lunch a little earlier, but that doesn't seem possible so do what you can do.

Let me know if you have any other questions,

    Betty Kovacs, MS, RD
