I saw this on tv and looked into it.An insurance company set up this web site.You can sign up and get all kinds of info.There are aming at people losing 50 million pounds.The ones who have lost have already lost 1 million pounds.i signed up and the have a menu but it has 4 meals a day and snacks.There is also a dvd for free but you have to go to one of there offices.im sure there going to ask about insurance.so i probably wont get that.but the thought of my pounds being added to the big total was motivating.im not sure this will get posted but.they also have a walk coming up but theres none close to were i live.I just put in 50 pound challenge for the web site.HAS ANY ONE ELSE SIGNED UP?

 I signed up when i first saw it advertised - even went to one of our local ins. agents to get the info - wasn't worth my time !!

You know me - I sign up for everything hahaha  Family Circle also has another walking challenge going on - not that I can do the walking but I'm getting a lot of tips, foods, exercise, nibbling, etc.
