how soon till i see alli working??

i'm new to the program..i just took my first alli capsule this morning before breakfast, and i was curious as to how long it will take till i can tell its working?? i dont mean treatment effects..i mean working like normal working? lol thanks. help and answers would be appreciated. =-)

You'll probably see a weight loss on your first weigh-in ... work the program as designed and you'll be pleased with the outcome !

Thanks Sher! =-) I hope I have this figured out right I know that I have to stay under my daily calories (1800) and fat grams (60)..but the only thing that has me confused is the exchanges..thats why im worried. lol.
