This is such a good low fat, filling treat.
1C dried fruit - I use raisins or cranberries
1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 2T vanilla extract
oven on 350. Drop tablespoons onto cookie sheet sprayed with no stick spray They will stay like they are, so if you want them to be flatter, squish them a little. Cook 15 minutes. Cool well and store in a freezer bag in the freezer for about 2 weeks at most. 10 sec in the microwave will defrost and warm them.
makes 40 if you use exactly a tablespoon each.
per cookie:
cal: 45, fat: 0.8g, protein: 1.3g, carbs: 8
I'm new to all of this and was wondering what the 3 C of no sugar added is...the recipe does sound really good! thanks

Thanks that is such a low calorie and low fat cookie receipe, and great idea freezing them, so if you need a quick and healthy snack all you need to do is take them out and microwave, sounds warm and tasty. Thank you for posting!
