I 've been having 1-2 bowel movements a day. Before I started taking alli, I was having 3-4, maybe more on certain days (because I take metamucil fiber and drink a lot of green tea). I've only been on the stuff for 3 days. Does it take sometime to start working right? Is it because I'm a man? is it less efective with our metabolism?
I'm excercising at least once a day for an hour and have a good fiber intake. What's the deal?
Isn't the thing with alli that you basically defecate out some of the fat, so that you are taking in less calroies/fat per day? Should you have at least three bowel movements a day, maybe more?
