    Alli and Diabeties

     I am a borderline diabetic and I have to go no sugar and no fat with alli. Is this do-able?

    alli works most effectively when combined with a reduced calorie and low fat meal plan.  Not sure why you are following a 0 fat diet along with the 0 sugar.  Fat has minimal effect on blood sugars... 

    Here is some information you may find helpful:

    Ask a doctor before using alli if you are taking medicines for diabetes or pre diabetes.  There is no drug interaction between alli and diabetes medications; however, people with diabetes or pre diabetes may have lower blood sugar levels and improved glycemic control after losing weight with alli.  This may require a dose reduction of their diabetes medication.  Hope this helps.
