Am I the only one having problems logging onto the site to update meal plan, etc? Every page has an error on it saying the page doesn't exist or was renamed. Help! By the way, I already cleared my cache and removed stored internet pages in the computer, plus tried the site from my phone. What's going on? 

Are you still experiencing errors? The site is currently up and running. 

Everything seems to be okay at the moment, though last night I experienced the same errors as the night before. Very strange.

 I am still having problems and it doesn't matter what computer I use.  Error message continues to come up and I can't log on to my nutrition or log in my weight.  Are others still having this problem??

I am currently experiencing this problem as well.

The problem that I am having is that every page is taking a long time to load and it is not my computer since I am not having the same problem on other sites which I frequent. I am currently on Firefox but will try IE to see if it is Firefox related.

I get this same error whether I am at work or on my computer at home.  I can log on on my husbands computer.  I have emptied the internet cache, check security on internet to make sure it isn't too high.  I called and they were unable to figure out the problem.  They were able to log in on my account without problems.

I had upgraded the adobe to 9.1 on both.  My husband is still on 4.0.  Is this the problem?

I tried posting before, but it was never put on the boards.  I am VERY frustrated that this issue can't be resolved.

Would greatly appreciate asistance I REALLY like my personal alli to put in nutrition, weight etc.

 nope i get the same thing on IE, all i do is hit refresh button at the top where the arrows are and it usually works...  good luck.. are to check in 2 weeks after we start? my check in date i set up for was sat and my next time to check in is 8-1-09? just wondering, i want to stay on track! :-)

 i have not been able to check in for almost a month now.  i get the same server error message and sometimes the message boards (and anything else i try to visit) gives me a different error message.  i am very frustrated with this - i feel like i am essentially paying to use this site by purchasing alli, and not getting anything for it.  the administrator posted that the site is up and running, but it obviously isnt.
