    Fat free cheese that melts

I know there are problems finding a fat free cheese that melts. I found in my grocery store a fat free gratted cheese by Kraft that melts. It's in a different packaging than the typical blue Kraft packaging, it's like a grayish/ white package. It tastes pretty good. Not the usual yuck that comes with f/f cheese.

That's good to know.  There's also a great LF cheese (3 grams) called St. Ortho that's fab-u.  It melts really well and has a nice nutty flavor!

Honestly, I get one package of Fat Free and one of Low Fat. Low fat melts, so I mix the two together in a gallon ziploc and measure out the servings.  It ups the fat, but makes the melting much better, plus others won't notice that it is lower in fat either.

    Bright Blessings!

This is a good idea too -- kinda gives the best of both!
