Hi and happy Saturday!!!
Finally, my internet is fixed. It wasn't until late yesterday and the third repair guy in three days, did the problem get resolved. My husband & I knew the problem (old router), and the third guy was the only one that figured it out. I was getting so tired of going up for a couple of minutes and then down. I do a online and this was quite frustrating.
I haven't been able to track my meals all week, so I'm hoping my calories/fat were in line. I took my Alli each day, most meals, and so far no TE's. I've been exercising all week, walking, videos and situps/leg lifts every day. Somedays I do get a bit frustrated, weighing everyday, I know bad, bad, bad. But I'm a scale-aholic. Sometimes I'm way down and other times way up. Tried moving the scale to another room, but I just chased it down. :o) I gave up, it's back in the bathroom.
I am also so behind on reading posts. That's something I really missed, the postings of everyone. I love reading them, mainly to keep myself on track by listening to what others have to say. It will take me some time to get back into the swing again, so I'm starting with the post.
