Well, my daily calories are suppose to be 1600. Splitting that up between two meals is interesting! Breakfast is the difficult one because I am trying to have 600 to 700 calories in the morning (around 4:30am) and I have never been a big breakfast eater even during Ramadan. So dinner is after 8:30pm and I have to try to have between 800 to 1000 calories there (including a snack). I am trying to keep track on the menu tool here. That helps alot. Well, I have to just keep taking care of myself! And drink lots of water!
