    Need non- chicken recipes!

    My family loves chicken, but chicken does not agree with my husband at all!  I don't want to give TMI, but it goes right through him - litterally within 30 min.  So I am looking for some non-chicken recipes I can use for dinner.  Any suggestions?

    You can use any other low fat protein items like lean pork, beef or lamb.  Items like flank steak, or pork tenderloin are great on the grill and you can have 3 or 4 ounces depending on your calorie levels.  Also consider some seafood once or twice a week -- your whole family can use the helath benefits.

    I'd say to Google "low-fat beef" recipes (or whatever you prefer); and many sites like www.cookinglight.com have recipes with all the nutrition info included!

    Hi.  I just started last week. We had purchased a NuWave Oven earlier this year and I have just recently started using it.  The other night I cooked fresh catfish on it.   I cooked two fillets and basted them with a small amount of olive oil with seasonings in it and cooked it for about 20 minutes (give or take).   I ate one portion and saved the other for my lunch.  I also broiled shrimp last night.  This is just some suggestions.
