You can use any other low fat protein items like lean pork, beef or lamb. Items like flank steak, or pork tenderloin are great on the grill and you can have 3 or 4 ounces depending on your calorie levels. Also consider some seafood once or twice a week -- your whole family can use the helath benefits.
I'd say to Google "low-fat beef" recipes (or whatever you prefer); and many sites like www.cookinglight.com have recipes with all the nutrition info included!
