What gives?

    Okay, I tried to post a photo of the rror, but it just posted all that javascript-y stuff you see, so below I'm posting the error message I get:

    return to home

     

    I don't get that message on any of the informational pages, just the main page www.myalli.com or when I try to log into my alli home page to check in for the day.

     

    Am I the only person having this problem?

    Updating my update:

     

    I signed out, then signed back in, and the page seems to work okay now. I still think someone in your IT department should look into that, as I've never had a problem like that before -- when I load myalli.com, I usually either come right to my page or the log in screen. I dont' usually receive a server error. And, I tried using Firefox, IE (which I've never logged in with before), and Mozilla and all three received the same error message -- and there were no style sheets loading either.

     

    I'm a part-time web developer, so I know a 500 Internal Service Error when I see one. Might want to check your SQL database.

    Same here, but it has been longer than just 2 log ins, plus the mealplan comes up as error and i don't even receive the weigh in reminder through my e-mails on saturdays anymore  :-(

    Sometimes connection failures or updates that are being done on the site cause errors.  It appears that you did get to check in on 9/4 after this post.

    If you encounter this again, try to clear out all your browser history.  Reopen browser.  Then visit the myalliplan >check in area again.

    I have reviewed your account.  It appears you are in the "next phase" of the myalliprogram.  You  need to select to continue in the nextphase program OR restart and set a new goal.

    This is why you are not getting emails weekly.

    Try these steps.

    In your internet browser clear all history.  Close browser.  Reopen and go to https://secure.myalli.com/SignIn.aspx?ReturnURL=/myalliplan.aspx

    Now login.

    Select one of the two options and continue.
