I will be checking in on Fridays too. I don't have my first official check in until the 13th. I weighed myself today and no loss yet, but I haven't been able to exercise. I'm not giving up, though...at least I didn't gain. I have been eating within my range and trying to drink alot of water. No real TEs yet either. I hope that I will start losing once I start exercising. This week has been hectic, but I plan on walking 3 miles 5 times a week. Wish me luck? :) I've tried posting alot before, but none of my posts have shown up so far...
