    I'd appreciate your help.   I've been unable to open the links in "My Progress"

    You are not a registered myalliplan user.  After you complete the consutation quiz and then select "I have purchased alli" and enter you proof of purchase code you will have access to these sections within the myalliplan area of myalli.com website.

     I am having the same issues.  I can't enter my progress.  I registered my Alli when I purchased it so I know that isn't the problem.

    Please advise.

     Hi,

    You can check in on 10/5.  That is your first check in date.  At that time you can enter your weight, fat intake, etc.  After your first check in; you can then weigh in daily and check in weekly.
