You will need:
Cooking spray
2 teaspoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 teaspoons brown sugar
4 medium boneless skinless chicken breast halves
Heat oven to 500 degrees F. Line a shallow roasting pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
Heat olive oil in nonstick skillet over medium low heat until hot. Add garlic and cook 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar until well mixed.
Place chicken breast halves in prepared pan. Spread garlic mixture evenly over chicken.
Bake at 500 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes or until chicken is tender and juices run clear. Chicken should be a nice golden brown. The hot temperature carmelizes the sugar and garlic for a terrific flavor.

I tryed this recipe last night & I loved it. I served it with a salad and a baked potato with shredded fat free cheese. If you love garlic you will love this meal! My family even loved it and it was a LOW FAT MEAL. I tricked them good. :-)
