This is a fairly low calorie, with fat that only goes over by 1 gram. Delicious! You will need to watch your sodium intake for the rest of the day as this is pretty high in it. You can cut sodium down by reducing amount of olives and ham.
1/2 Acorn Squash
1/4 Cup Spagetti Sauce
1/2tsp Olive Oil
2oz Turkey Ham
1/2c Canned Pineapple Tidbits
1/4c Shredded Mozerella Cheese
12 Olives, Diced
1/4 Yellow Onion
1) Bake squash until done (About 45 minutes)
2) While squash is baking, sautee onion in olive oil.
3) After squash is baked, layer all ingredients inside of it
4) Bake again for an additional 30 minutes
