I saw on Rachael Ray the other day, she had Ruby who had lost oodles of weight. Rachael showed her a new way to do chicken, I dont know what the calorie count is etc, but this chicken was delicious! Here's how I made it.
After patting dry the breast I put on about 1 Tablespoon dejon mustard, rub it all over each breast. Then dip each breast in dried bread crumbs, spray each piece with evoo the type in the can, bake at 400 for up to 30 min. and crispy.
My leftovers I sliced thin and used the next day on my salad, it is YUM OOOO
