    How to check in

     I'm having issues with where to check in to track my progress. Can anyone give me the steps to do this? I've missed a check in already. Amanda

     Hi.

    You have not missed a check in.  Your check in date is Monday, 10/19.

    Before you have your first check-in you will complete the alli 1-2-3 Start Plan. This is a 10 day program to introduce to you myalliplan and alli.

    When the 10 day program is complete, your check-in will be active. 

    Remember: you can confirm and edit your check in dates by going to your account page on  myalli.com and review the date in myalliplan details section.

    For some reason I joined around Oct. 10 and I can't check in until Oct 30 or later. I understand you have to wait 10 days, but Oct 30? I tried editing my check in date and the earliest is Oct 30 the rest are Oct 31 or later. Is there any way to check in sooner?  I am also having issues with my circle picture. I had this one as my original one and then changed it to one of me and my baby. All of a sudden last night it has reverted back to this original one ( a few days later). I can't get the one of me back up and I keep getting an error message. I also have the newest edition of Flash player. I posted this help question on this board, but I have not received help about it yet. Thanks.

    Just a quick update:

    My cirlce pic is back to me :) Ok so that is taken care of, but I still don't know why I can't check in earlier than Oct 30

    Hi.  We are reviewing your issue.  It seems the latest photo is not updating on one of the three servers used for the website.  That is why sometimes you see your new one and sometime you see your old.  I have notified our technical team for a fix.

    Your check in date should have been set to 10/23, not 10/30.  I have edited it.  Please check and let me know if you do not see the change.  We are looking into the photo update issue.  I replied on your other posts to that.
