     I forgot to check in on my check in day and now I am unable to enter my weight for the week.  How do I enter my weight and nutritional information from last week?

     Hi,

    You have  not missed your check in.  Your first check in day is Monday, 10/19.  You must first complete the 10 step Start Plan program after you register, then your check ins begin weekly.
