Hello. While there are no reported interactions between alli and DHEA, since DHEA is a supplement and is not FDA-approved, there is limited data about it and it's relationship to medications. There also is not any good data to support the idea that it will jump start your diet or assist in any way with weight loss. Hope this helps with your decision.
