Online Meal Plan, change the designation of a lunch entree to a dinner entree

Tracking calories consumed per day, as well as nutritional totals per day is a very nice feature.  There are several large, hot lunches that appear to have the same nutritional and caloric totals as dinners (I am pulling from the 1800 calorie per day list of food items).  I would like to use these as dinner entrees.  The problem is that I cannot find a way to "promote" these items or use them in any manner other than the lunch category they appear in.  Is there a way to change the designation of a meal (lunch item to a dinner item) in the online program?

I also like the fact the meals are indivual portion size.  No leftovers is a good thing for my regimine.  Is there a single portion size meal for a chicken or lamb curry?  That is one style of food I am missing - and kind of craving - after 50-days of effort.

Re: Online Meal Plan, change the designation of a lunch entree to a dinner entree

     Hi

You can remove items assigned to your meal plan and add new ones.  I suggest removing a dinner entree that is suggested and adding another in its place.  You can do this by selecting "edit" under the dinner icon that is suggested for your current week's plan, then delete the suggested item (use the "X" on the right side).  Now select +add item to dinner.  You can then select items that you may have marked as favorites from previous lunch entrees or use the advanced search to find other entrees to replace that dinner meal.

There are curry recipes.  If you go to recipe search link you can look up the word "curry" in the keyword search and see all meals that contain curry.  I saw some chicken ones in there.  You can always use your own recipes and enter their data by going to my favorite meals and selecting "build a new favorite meal".

    Hope this is helpful.
