If you are looking for a quick toning routine and don't have a lot of time, I highly recommend the 8 Minute exercise series. I've been doing the 8 Minute Core DVD and loving it. My focus has been on my hips and thighs as those are the areas I have the hardest time toning. Since I've started doing it I've lost a little more in my hips and I can really feel the muscles developing. It also works with my crazy schedule since I don't often have time to do a lot of toning.
