    Yesterday and Today, I get a blank screen with the message "OK" if I try to add things to my meal plan

    Yesterday and today, I get a blank screen with the message "OK" if I try to add things to my meal plan.  I haven't been able to use the tools under "my meal plan" to keep track of my food intake or to plan my meals yesterday or today.  When I click "back" from the blank screen with "OK" on it or if I try to go to the myalli website again and then to my meal plan, the things I tried to add to my daily meal plan have not been added.

    I see someone else described something similar around the 12th of October.  I've only had the problem today (the 16th) and yesterday (the 15th).

    Could you please let me know if this is a problem for everyone trying to use the site and/or when the website meal plan tools will be working again?

    Are you still experiencing this issue?  I am able to add meals on my account.  If you still get the error, please give me exact steps you are taking and also what browser and computer type you are using.

    Hi,

    Yes, I'm still having the problem.

    I click on My Meal Plan.

    I click on View Day.

    I click on Add Item to Breakfast (or Lunch or Dinner or snack, it makes no difference).

    I click on "add" on any item, it doesn't make a difference which item.

    I get a blank white screen in the active browser page part of my screen with "OK" in the upper left and nothing else.

    If I try to drag an item to my meal plan instead of clicking on it, the underlined text gets dropped off wherever I let go of the mouse.  So, it ends up right under the word "breakfast" for example, instead of replacing the text "no meal selected."

    I can go back into any other part of the website and return to my meal plan, and, nothing has been added.

    I'm able to delete items, though.  I wasn't able to do that in the middle of last week.

    I am also able to add new items to my list of food items and edit the nutritional information in items in my list of food items.  I just can't move them over to my meal plan.

    I am using Mozilla Firefox 3.5.3, and, I am running Windows XP, I believe.

    I have the web browser Internet Explorer available, although it's not the one I routinely use.  I've been using Mozilla Firefox the entire three months I've been using the myalli website tools.  But, when I use my Internet Explorer 7.0.5730.13, I can add items to my meal plan.

    I sure hope you can help me, because I really don't want to have to use a second browser just for my meal plan.

    I appreciate whatever help you can give me.

     Hi

    I am able to add meals to meal plan using Firefox and Windows XP without issue.  If it is working on IE, try to clear out Firefox history.  Go to Tools> Clear Private Data> Clear Browsing history, cache, and cookies.  Close browser.  Reopen and try again.  Does this help?

    The issue on the 12th, prevented all users from adding or deleting.  A server error was thrown and this was fixed.

    Let me know if this works.

    The first time I cleared the history and closed and re-opened the browser, I was still unable to add items, but, I did it a second time, and, then upon re-opening I was able to add items!
