Just started trying to use the online meal tracker. Although this might be nice if I followed the suggested menues, I find it to be somewhat tedious to enter my own food choices. In addition, after I entered my own choices, I was puzzled why the exchange info in the daily summary was off significantly. I have discovered that many of the items I chose to add are missing the exchange info - milk, 2%, selecting quantity of 1C does not reflect one Milk exchange - I am guessing because the item was chosen as 1 fl oz., then modified. Why is there not something as basic as 1C of milk for 1% and 2%? I see both of those as 1C quantities if they were Chocolate milk, but not regular white milk. Then again maybe it is not from changing quantities - I also chose "Pork: chop, boneless, broiled, 3 ounces" which likewise did not have exhange info - by the calorie and fat counter guide that should be in the vicinity of 3P. This tool is completely useless if the data that it pulls in from the database is invalid. I certainly do not have time to check all the food items to see if they are inaccurate or not - I want to see an accurate summary at the bottom of the menu plan. And why are there two links from my homepage to the same thing? My Menu Plan and Nutrition Log both go to the same place. The common questions do little to address any kind of "how to" for using the log. Seems like a tutorial would be helpful, instead of leaving us to figure it out on our own. This option of tracking food intake online would be a very valuable feature, but as it works right now, I think it leaves a lot to be desired.
