Sorry to hear your stuck. That's a very frustrating feeling! It's good to hear you're logging your food and activity, and have been exercising 6 days a week. Bravo!
I'd recommend that you weigh and measure everything you eat and drink for at least a week. I realize that it's a bit tedious, but it's the best way to be sure you're accurate and some extra calories aren't slipping in here and there. A few calories here, and a few calories there can keep things at a standstill -- and make you crazy!
Weighing and measuring is also a great way to learn what portions LOOK like, and that's a big help when eating out.
