    Will it help without exercise?

I am disabled with fibromyalgia and rhumatoid arthritis.  I can barely walk to the rest room, i have to sit most of the day and half the time i can't move one arm or one hand, so my body is extremely limited and part of the reason is due to my weight around 280lbs.

I can't afford a membership to a swim club and live in a small down, so i am quite stuck.

I want to lower my calories and fat and use the alli to it's rules, but wonder if it will work, even if slowly without the proper exercise.

    Thank you.

With God as my guide, I will succeed.

     Hi shanbr,

In your case, because exercise is so limited, you need to pay extra close attention to your diet and take the pills as recommended.  Controlling these two aspects will certainly help you to lose weight.  While exercise is a vital part of overall health and fitness, you can still lose weight by taking in less calories and watching the ratio to those that you expend naturally on a daily basis.

Listen to your doctor's advice on what you can do, and keep up your commitment!

    Good Luck,

    Paul
