Can someone explain the fat grams?

I have a question about the 25% of fat that Alli blocks. If I ate fifteen grams of fat and alli blocked about a third that would be five grams. And if there are 9 calories per gram of fat that would be 45 calories. So alli actually blocks those calories from being absorbed or just the fat? I hope this question is clear! Thanks for expaining.

Alli will block calories that come from fat.  If you ate 20 grams of fat and alli blocked about 25% (1/4), you will be blocking 5 grams of fat or 45 calories (5 grams x 9 calories).
