    Website errors all week

     Pages like the homepage and my personal alli page where i log my weight won't let me in.

    I get this type of error, this one was from the homepage.:

    Hi,

    Are you still getting these errors?  I cannot reproduce.  I was able to access your check in page and profile pages.  Try to clear your browser's history.  Close browser.  Reopen and log back into the site. 
    If you continue to get the error, let me know.  Please let me know what type of internet browser and Operating System you are using.  Also the exact steps.

    I get the same thing.. I try to go to my alli from your main page the link on bottom left. You get all those server errors.. I use Windows explorer or Google Chrome.. Neither has any luck.  However is i go to Yahoo.com and then type in a search for my alli.. I can click on the result and get right in.  So If the tech people think we are doing something wrong.. we are not! It is your link to my alli on your main page that is messed up.  I cannot believe in this day and age that with so many good people out of work, even in computer technical website folks, that this company cannot get competent people in to run their website.

     Hi,

    We do not think you are doing anything wrong.  Sometimes errors happen on some computers and the same steps taken on another does not give the error.

    When you say "link on the bottom left main page"  - you mean the sign in area where you can enter your username and password?  I cannot recreate the error logging in this area. 

    Did you try to clear browsing history and cache in your browser's settings.  If you can access using google search and not the same URL within the website this may be the issue.

    Please try to clear browser.  Close and login again using the steps you describe.  Please let us know if the error continues.

     I too am having a problem getting to message boards all this week.  It seems to just be in the evenings.

     I am now having problems getting to message boards any time of day.  I don't know very much about the technical side, but could it help if you deleted some of the old, old, old messages?

    this site if very important to all of us.
