No treatment effects even with high fat foods...

Hello.  I began taking Alli In October 2008 and in the beginning I experienced the treatment effects quite harshly.  Over the following 2 months I lost 20 lb though.  However, I just recently bought another 90 dose bottle and upon continuing, I noticed I was having no treatment effects whatsoever.  I understand that this can be a result of following the diet well, but I "tested" by having a few very high fat items (One of them was a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese from McDonalds) and even after this, no treatment effects at all.  I have no excess gas and my bowel movements are no more frequent than normal.  I'd like to know what's happened here and I appreciate your response.

Treatment effects usually happen immediately after eating a fatty meal but it may also happen after a couple days of consuming a fatty meal, if your digestive system is slow.  I will recommend staying within your fat grams in order to avoid any future treatment effects and to make sure you are learning sound healthy habits that will stay with you even after you are no longer taking alli. Hope this helps.
