Alli and Fosamex with Vitamin D

I apologize if this question has been asked before.  I know that vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin.  On the morning that I take this medication, how long should I wait before taking Alli?

    Thank you.

Re: Alli and Fosamex with Vitamin D

alli effects last 2 hours, and the recommended dosing of fat soluble vitamins at night time are a leat 2 hours after the last alli pill.  Fosamax D needs to be taken on an empty stomach, at least 1 hour prior to a meal, alli can then be taken during or upto 1 hour after a meal, You could still have a 2 hour gap.  You may skip the alli dose the morning you take Fosamax D, or you may change to Fosamax and take the separate Vit D supplement at bedtime.  There is not one good answer, these are options but you may want to speak to your doctor before starting alli, to see whats best for you.

    Best of Health.
