Hello Cali Girls;
I am from the Fresno area. I started the plan on July 4th and am finding it to be a great motivation factor for me. Last July I had made a commitment to myself to follow a healthy lifestyle and took off just over 25lbs. Recently I back slided, just a little, and decided to give the Alli plan a try. I am working out 6 days a week; 3 days weight lifting and 3 days cardio. Eating (mostly) healthy meals. My downfall has always been (mindless) snacking. My fridge is full of sugar free jello and pudding. When I get that "gotta have sweet" urge, I add a spoon fool of fat free cool whip and I am in heaven. Up until Sunday I had not had any treatment effects. My family went to dinner and I guess I finally overdid it. Nothing too terrible, just some oil in the toilet.My check in day is on Thursday and I am actually looking forward to stepping on the scale.
I have finally realized that when I cheat, weather it is w/ food or skipping a planned work-out, I am only hurting myself (and I deserve better than that!)
