I started out at 258 lbs, and just finished my second week...total weight loss has been 9 lbs for
the two week period. The first week I lost 6lbs with 3 additional pounds in the second week. I
think I can contribute the reduced weight loss in the second week to business trip. Although I
monitored what I ate during the week, I ate out every meal.
My wife started at the same time and has lost 4 lbs the first week and 3 lbs the second, so her
weight loss has been more consistent. She maintained her level of activity in both weeks, which
has obviously helped. (Walking 2.5 mi a day, everyday)
We are both pleased with the results...the pill acts like a drill sgt. in making sure you stick to
the eating plan. I had an unfortunate issue last week that acted as a friendly reminder that the
sgt doesn't play around! (Probably doesn't help that I don't have a gall bladder) Fortunately, my
wife has been very disciplined with the eating plan, and has not had a visit from the sgt.
