You should be very pleased with 3 pounds. That's a ton of fat to lose! I think it's better to lose slowly because its more likely to stay off. I am averaging 1-2 ponds per week and I am very happy with that. I've been on too many diets that you drop 10 pounds and it comes right back. Now I have something to look forward to each week.
