That is awesome that you lost 9 pounds! I weigh in tomorrow - so far I have lost 5 pounds. I have really stuck to the calories and fat grams, but the weekend temptations are killing me. I cheated for breakfast, grabbed a handful of bbq chips but still was within my fat/calorie intake allowance. I am looking forward to going back to work.
