    Re: Alli in Atlanta?

    Im in Douglasville...

I will start taking Alli for the first time on tomorrow. I will combine it with going to Curves.

Ive been a member of Curves for several months now. I was going about 4 times a week but recently have slacked off. I plan to get back into the swing of things now and hopefully rid myself of 25-30pounds.

If anyone else is in my area let me know ....maybe we can start a support group!

Re: Alli in Atlanta? ATL UPDATE

How is everyone in the ATL doing?

This is day 3 for me and I am trying to weigh only once a week but I do feel a little lighter on my toes LOL!

I survived dinner out 2 days in a row and have not had any effects (sorry for those who have : (

I do have a feeling of fullness that is good, I think!  I am not taking a pill at breakfast time because I usually eat little to no fat (oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, coffee).

    C'mon ya'll ... post your updates!

    Re: Alli in Atlanta?

Hi and good luck to everyone. I live in Stockbridge and work in McDonough. I bought and started Alli last friday on June 15th. Another co-worker and I are doing this diet together.

So far, everything is going well. None of the horrible accidents that I've heard about and I even ate 3 Krystal Hamburgers last Friday night. I've experienced a few of the side effects, but nothing serious. The worst of it would have to have been the very first day and even that wasn't too bad. I took the pill and then had Chinese food for lunch, felt the urge to go to the bathroom about an hour or two later. No big deal.

    Re: Alli in Atlanta?

    Hi,

I live in Loganville.  It looks like there are two other people under this thread that live in Loganville too.  I got my pills last Thursday at Walgreens, started my low fat diet on Friday, and started the pills on Monday.  I haven't had any "treatment effects" yet.  I want to get on the scale, but then I want to wait.

It's great to see so many people in and around Atlanta.

    Have a great day!

    Re: Alli in Atlanta?

I feel ya. I've lost weight and gained it back also. I don't know if there is a diet or pill out there that i haven't tried. I am so tired of being overweight and self conscious about myself. I live in atlanta and am looking forward to this program.

Good luck to all of us.

    Re: Alli in Atlanta?

I live west of Atlanta in Powder Springs. I bought Alli today at Walgreens for $59.99 (90 pills). I think next time I'll go to Sams. I've tried everything too. Spent a fortune on weight loss gimmicks. I'm retired, so hopefully, with no job to go to, I won't have to worry too much about TE's! I took Zenacal years ago, which is similar to Alli, and also had the yellow oily spots floating in the toilet. This meant it was working. Unfortunately, I didn't stick with it. Today is Tues. and I'm going to take the first pill Sat. My only problem is that I don't cook much anymore since my husband died; guess that will have to change. Good luck to all of you...let's keep each other updated, OK?

    Re: Alli in Atlanta?

I live in Flowery Branch, but I am right now in Florida visiting my parents. My 1 y/o is with me. I'm a little hesitant starting this while on vacation with them. I plan on starting it on Monday and having the next few days to practice (the two hot dogs I just ate for lunch don't count, do they? lol). I plan on checking in often and my first target is for 173.
