I work nights. Problem is I always had my kids at home, once they were old enough, so I would come home & fix breakfast, fix lunch, then they older ones would want a snack after school, then supper, all before I went to work, then you get hungry working at night. I dont have to get up with the kids anymore, but still want to eat breakfast, get up eat lunch, a snack at 4, then supper, & eat at night. I found a long time ago to try to spread my calories through the day. It not the best thing to do to eat then go to bed, but not a total disaster either. I am 45 & have only been fat for about 7 years. I had gained a little when my motabilism changed unexpectedly, then more since I quit smoking 3 years ago. I am pretty sure that your best bet would be to save some calories to eat at night. Try to make it low fat, like your fruits & veggies. If you dont exceed your calories, you should still lose, just not as fast, or maybe as much.
I personally am in a size 18, & just want to get back into a 14. I was comfortable there. Isnt all about feeling your best.
