I also eat the WW smart ones dinners or Healthy Choice for dinner.  For lunch I make a sandwich with lean ham(3 slices), low fat cheese(2 slices) whote wheat lite bread (2 slices) mustard, lelttuce and tomatoe.  For dessert either the fat free jello with fruit, fat free pudding or the WW ice cream.  I'm also eating more fruit and veggies.

For me eating the frozen dinners help with portion control.

I am so glad to see that others are replacing home cooked meals with frozen prepared meals.  I dont have the discipline to prepare and cook breakfast, lunch and dinner for myself.  From the posts it seems like most of you that have been replacing frozen foods for home cooked meals have been successful.  It's just easier to know what your consuming.

    Best of Luck,

    YES!!!

I am totally mobility impaired and unable to stand for long enough to cook a whole meal. Many days I have a hard time standing up for 4 minutes to cook the Lean Cuisine in the microwave. My electric wheelchair and I are very best buddies to say the least.

Lean Cuisine, Healthy Choice (normally lower in sodium, btw), Smart Ones depending on what is on sale. I think I have the very best luck with Lean Cuisine. I "smell" the aroma of a carbohydrate and balloon upwards. :(

I am making great progress in spite of extremely limited mobility. Down 24 lbs since June 17th. Only 199 lbs more to go to goal of 104 lbs. Now if I could just break the illusive 300 lb barrier and stay under it! ;-)

    Be well

I too, do not have time to cook.  I have been eating the lean cuisines with a small salad.  Also, Kashi just came out with some frozen food entrees.  I bought mine at Target in the froz. foods section.  One is an Italian dish made with whole wheat penne with chicken and the other has shrimp with either brown or wild rice.  It is quite good, paired with a small salad.  I have been on Alli for three days and have lost 3 lbs.!!!!

I am not sure what part of the country you're in, but what I have also been doing is going to El Pollo Loco and buying 8-10 pieces and putting them in the fridge.  If I get to busy during the week or don't feel like having frozen food, I pair the chicken with a salad.  Hope this helps!
