I am ready to start losing the stubborn pounds I
just can't seem to take off. I eat well now, for almost a year, and
work out regularly but am stuck. I think that the fear of effects from
treatment with Alli will keep me on track with my diet, as well absorbing fat.
If I get side effects, it would most likely be due to eating too much fat at a
meal. By committing to take the pill before every meal it would be a very good
way to insure I don’t give into an extra serving, or fatty desert. Swallowing
one pill takes only a split second of willpower, and getting side effects would
be a very good deterrent when willpower is low. I am hoping however that what I
have read about treatment effects will hold true for me, and I would only have
problems if too much fat is consumed. I am hoping that if I stay low in fat
grams I will avoid any unpleasant side effects.
Good luck to all you fellow soon to be slimmers!
