Re: Do you have alli yet? Let us know!

Hi, I purchased Alli last week on Tuesday.  I bought it at Sam's Club.  They, by far, had the best price at least in my area.  I purchased the starter kit with 150 caps for $66.46.  This was actually less expensive that Walgreen's refill of 120 caps for $69.99

I started today so please wish me well!!  If I reach a weight loss goal I will have to lose between 90-100 pounds!

It's been a week and I've lost 4 pounds. I'm really sticking to a low-fat plan with LOTS of fruits and veggies. I've had no side effects what-so-ever...it's been an easy plan. The fear of "effects" is what I needed to keep me motivated to eat right.

I have 70 more pounds to lose....5 at a time...

I got it around July 5th at Costco in California. Starter pack of 150 count for around $66.00.  This is even better than the refill pack.

I don't understand the retail industry. Why is it that a 90 ct. Alli starter pack costs $59.99 in CA, FL, and NY , then $49.99 and lower! in other states!. I can't find the 120 ct. refill at all in my southern CA neighborhoods.

I think I'm going to ask my doctor for the prescription version, then I'll only have to pay $7 for a 30 day supply. (90 ct.).

Ok, after reading 12 pages of comments on the price of Alli, and being a OTC dist. rep.,  I feel I need to inform you of what is termed "store mark-up".  Each store is able to decide how much profit they want to make on an item in their store.  If the cost of living is higher or lower in a location, it would naturally create price changes. Fuel and petroleum prices are at a all time high. This will effect the cost of products.  I would suggest using the internet to find the lowest price.

Hi, I found it cheaper to just buy another starter pack from cost co. It was cheaper then buying the refill packs with less pills and more money.
