Hello. After some research, I am unable to find a reputable drug information site that connects orlistat to tooth pain. Theoretically, if you are not getting enough vitamin K, bleeding gums may be a sign of that. Since alli blocks some of the absorption of vitamin K, that may explain some gum bleeding but I cannot find a connection to the tooth pain. I suggest if you are experiencing this to call the consumer health line at 1-800-671-2554 and report it.
You can try adding some foods rich in vitamin K to your diet if you notice bleeding gums. Dark green leafy vegetables are the best source - and great to enhance a diet! And be sure your multivitamin has vitamin K listed as an ingredient.
Regarding the above post about Peridex. Peridex is a prescription mouth rinse prescribed for gingivitis. It is not available over-the-counter.
Be sure to notify your dentist if you are experienceing changes in your oral or dental health. Bleeding gums and tooth pain can be signs of serious conditions that should be evaluated by a dentist.
Hope this helps!
