I started on 070707 too! I'm 47 single mom of two. Starting weight 245. I want to loose 100 pounds.  So far this is working pretty good and I think I can stick with it. Good luck to all!

Twice I have tried to post a message to you guys that I created a Yahoo Groups, and it won't go through. So my assumption is the Alli moderator is denying them. Go figure.

i would really love to be a part of this group. i started alli on the 7th. my first checkin is monday the 16th. i really need some people to talk to if i have trouble.  i am 29 married and i have a two year old my start weight is 285 i want to fit into my pre-pregancy jeans i weighed 230 when i got pregnant. after that the rest will just be topping on the cake we can't have ha ha. so far no side effects i'm hoping i won't get them.

please let me know how we are going to check in with each other

Well all, I have tried to post about a yahoo group 3 times, with no success, so we are stuck using this slow, non user friendly board.

Suggestions: If you want to find this thread, push 'search' it is located at the top right of the page. Once you get to search, put in your username in the 'search by username' field and you should be able to find this thread fairly quickly, assuming this website is up and running.

Tomorrow will be week one for most of us. Tomorrow also happens to be my first weigh in, and I expect success. I have had no TE's, to which I am very proud, and I have noticed that I make much wiser choices.

I would love to hear how the rest of you are doing. I will ttyl!!

Hey class of 070707!  Today is the day for most of us!  I hope every one of you has found that you weighed in great!  I have lost 2 pounds this week with no TE's.  I have to admit there was a time this week that I ate something knowing it had fat in it just to see if I would have a TE and nothing happened.  I guess that just means I'm doing what I'm suppose to in other areas. 

Let us all know how you did and go do something nice for yourself today!  I had a pedicure and massage!  What a gift to me!

I'm really happy with the diet so far. I've been surprised that from the first pill I have started to feel full after a meal. Never in my life have I set my fork down with 1/2 or 1/4 plate of food left unable to eat it. I guess this is what it's like to feel full! I'm also not ravenous between meals. I haven't been able to find anywhere that this pill acts as an appetite supressant - haven't anyone else felt the same? Maybe it's just a psychological thing for me, along with the great fear of experiencing TE's! But, whatever - I'm not complaining! :-)

I'm 30, 5'7" and weighed 235 last week. Mid week, I was down 5 pounds! I think it's mostly water weight and the fact that I'm simply not eating as much as I used to. My official weigh in is tomorrow. Hope to see good results!

Today was my check in, and I lost 3 pounds!  I have had no treatment effects either. I wil have a test this weekend though. I'm going to a family reunion. Hope everyone else is doing well.

well, I did horrible this week, only I thought I was doing okay but I gained 3 lbs.  I don't know what is going on but I'm sad and depressed.

Don't give up.  My second week I gained 2 pounds but ended up loosing it the next.  I am sure it was water weight.  Hang in there.

Great! keep up the good work.  I have not read that it helps with hunger but if it is working for you,  that is really good.
