For those of you that bought the Alli book, the blueberry muffins ROCK!  These have to be the best low fat muffins I've ever had.  They are so moist and very tasty and I didn't even use a whole cup of blueberries and every muffin is still full of them!  I do have to take one and leave the room to eat it, otherwise I might eat more :)

Have you tried any other recipes from the book and been surprised?

 I got the book from the library and wrote down the recipe but forgot to put down how much yougert. If you could help me out that would be great.

  Please write down this recipe. Also how many calaries and fat grams.

what size muffin are they?

If it calls for sugar and oil.

I think I will use splenda half and half for baking. and applesauce instead of oil.{ that way less calaries and fat grams.

Is this the book that came with one of the rewards?  I'll check it as soon as I get home.  Those muffins sound good, I love blueberries and eat them everyday, always looking for something different to do with them.  The Splenda idea was good too.  Mmmmm.
