Not to gross anyone out but sometimes I have small oily spots in the toilet when going # 2,is that good or bad? I have not had any treatment effects in the two weeks I have been on the pill but have noticed this a couple of times.

I was told that that is considered a treatment effect.  The oilly stuff in your toliet is part of the fat that the alli is helping to get rid of.

Me too. I don't think it is a problem though. In fact it's probably normal. I am not losing great amounts of weight but it is keeping me from overeating and falling off the diet. So far, I like it.
