Please don't gague your weight loss with others. EVERYONE loses at a different rate + some of that has to do with how much weight someone has to lose. That means someone who has 80 pounds will lose much faster (in the beginning) than someone who has 25 pounds to lose.
It's fine to do your own menu plan. Depending on you height, frame, activity level, etc. 1,200 may be fine as is the 12 g. fat/meal.
Be patient. Keep food records to be sure you're eating what you THINK you're eating and be sure to get some physical activity.
