Yay, I just returned from Walgreens where I purchased the 90-count starter pack. Since there were only 5 left on the shelf (out of a shipment of 30), I waited at the store holding a second package for my daughter.

I just took my first capsule with an Atkins shake which contains 9g of fat. I'm starting light and easy. Good luck to you and your sister.
